I have been a student of yoga for 10-years and I
have learnt so much...
I believe the most important lesson I have learnt is
SELF ACCEPTANCE
Through my practice of this
wonderful discipline
I have learnt to listen to my own inner voice
and accept my body on the mat...
its limitations on some days;
its flexibility on others.
I can take what I learn on the mat into my day to day life.
I take my mat when I go away on holiday;
something I never thought I would do
and now the thought of not taking it
wouldn't enter my mind.
